Secrets from Louisiana

So glad you have stopped by for a visit. We have many secrets here in Louisiana. We are a quilters haven because of all the interesting things we have in our environment to see, smell, taste and feel. Our flowers are like perfume in the evening and the colors explode in your eyes. Our seafood is the best in the world and is bountiful from the Gulf.

The palette is non stopping.

Another Day in Paradise

WW was not bad considering I was in the bus living like a ROCK STAR for 18 days, eating at the very Now back to the program and will be finished by next Christmas. I will be adding an exercise program 4 days a week, Oh I hate to sweat, but have to do it.

I will be working on the Retreat in Branson with Linda and getting that shaped up. WE have around 21 coming and that is a good number. I think that is the cut off number. I have such a good feeling about the retreat. I am working on the list of what needs to be done and will send it to Linda for her imput. We are going to have a WONDERFUL time.

Have a great day!
