Secrets from Louisiana

So glad you have stopped by for a visit. We have many secrets here in Louisiana. We are a quilters haven because of all the interesting things we have in our environment to see, smell, taste and feel. Our flowers are like perfume in the evening and the colors explode in your eyes. Our seafood is the best in the world and is bountiful from the Gulf.

The palette is non stopping.

Another Day In Retirement

A big HELLO out there, had a great day for Steve's birthday! Took him to lunch and pumped the peddle in the S10 and found out the ***%#$* went out. I was in the truck and it was up in the air on the lift in Steve's man cave.

Went to the quilt club meeting this morning, showed 2 quilts and helped plan the years activities as I volenteered to share some skills. We will be do a mystery in july called Christmas in July, how sweet is that.

Dropped some clothes off to my brother, just left them as he was sleeping when I arrived. Hello Bro!!!!

Planned my weekend meals today and will shop a little for fresh veggies and fruit tomorrow. I will made a cake for Steve on Sunday and everybody will come for cake and ice cream that evening.

Have a great beginning to your weekend,

Hugs patticake
