It has been awhile since we chatted, sorry about that I have been busy with life! I have been getting ready for retreat in Branson Mo., we leave on Thursday morning for 10 days. Whoo hoo I have been busy cutting quilts, I have 9 cut and ready to sew. We will be having classes all week and of course a quilt shop hop to the many quilt shops and chocolate and did I say eating and snacking and talking our brains out, catching up with old friends and making some new ones. My trunk is so packed Steve says to only open it when I can place my hand on the trunk so stuff doesn't fly out. FUNNY Guy
Everyone is doing well, little Hank is killing them at LSU with a 4.0 in premed, Mike is working and having a bit of fun on the weekend catching up with friends, Big Hank's business is up and doing well, his girlfriend is fun, Steve went back to work for a friend, but can take time off to travel when we go to Texas, and I am walking every morning at 6am with Steve and Big Hank, doing well still doing WW's program, losing slowly but continuing on. My brother is hanging in and cousin Bonnie is recovered from the fractured hip. Her Husband Donald is fighting his cancer, not giving up. Bonnie has 4 new great grand babies coming this year, one set of twins and 2 singles.
I made 30 pillow cases to donate to a charity and one donation quilt to take with me. My pillow cases are all childrens fabrics, all seams are finished, nice work for this lady .
We are having a birthday celebration Wed evening for Steve he turns 70 on thursday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY SWEET MAN!
