Secrets from Louisiana

So glad you have stopped by for a visit. We have many secrets here in Louisiana. We are a quilters haven because of all the interesting things we have in our environment to see, smell,taste and feel. Our flowers are like perfume in the evening and the colors explode in your eyes. Our seafood is the best in the world and is bountiful from the Gulf.

The palette is non stopping.

Alligator Day

Today I will be creating this animal for the oil spill quilt. Steve and I will be working in the office today with out budget for the next 6 months. Sounds like fun !!!!! I will be  staying inside another day of heat warning, I am so tried of summer.We planted blueberries yesterday at 7 in the morning to beat the heat.Talked to kathy in Oregon yesterday about the retreat in september, whoohoo can't wait. Have a great day.
