Secrets from Louisiana

So glad you have stopped by for a visit. We have many secrets here in Louisiana. We are a quilters haven because of all the interesting things we have in our environment to see, smell, taste and feel. Our flowers are like perfume in the evening and the colors explode in your eyes. Our seafood is the best in the world and is bountiful from the Gulf.

The palette is non stopping.

Showers Again

Cooler but wet, guess you can't have it all. Finally got the cake baked at 8 o'clock last night.Carrot cake smells really good. Steve had a nice slice and I just smelled it.

Finished 2 projects for Pomeroy and them deceided to cut a cut 52/52 inch table top to take in case I run out of stuff to do. Girl has to be prepared.

I will be volenteering at the Chamber today and then home to read and quilting and pack up some donation stuff.Steve is off to Rotary for breakfast so I don't have to cook, whoohoo.

have a great day!!!!
