Secrets from Louisiana

So glad you have stopped by for a visit. We have many secrets here in Louisiana. We are a quilters haven because of all the interesting things we have in our environment to see, smell, taste and feel. Our flowers are like perfume in the evening and the colors explode in your eyes. Our seafood is the best in the world and is bountiful from the Gulf.

The palette is non stopping.

Last Supper

We had a wonderful supper with Jean and her family, thank goodness, I am ready to get back to my WW eating. Gave the Red Velvet Cake to Andrew and the Sour Cream Cake and the pecan pie went to Michael. Now all that is left is chicken salad sandwishes.

had a wonderful visit with my family on Christmas Eve, my guys were so funny and the children were great. Divie did wonderfully with the children, she only wants to eat Mike , must be his big voice....She is a wonderful dog, really sweet and take directions well.

Little Hank came over late when he got back from Texas with his Mom.Nice visit. I will see Naomi and Nicolas Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday as Mike will be working so it is up at 3:30 for 3 days.I don't care as I am a early riser anyway, "The Days Are A Wasting" if you sleep late, who said that??? My wonderful Grandmother Laura. Up before the chickens and down with sun, her motto!!!!

I am going shopping this morning for the doorbuster sales, and then I am going to be sewing a while, I have a tabletop for Christmas that needs finishing and then binding and finish my holiday cards. I don't have to cook, meatballs and speg. and eggplant in frin and of course sandishes.
ThankGod only 2 servings of potato salad(my personel favorite) left.

Have a great Sunday. Remember the reason!

Hugs Patticake
