Secrets from Louisiana

So glad you have stopped by for a visit. We have many secrets here in Louisiana. We are a quilters haven because of all the interesting things we have in our environment to see, smell, taste and feel. Our flowers are like perfume in the evening and the colors explode in your eyes. Our seafood is the best in the world and is bountiful from the Gulf.

The palette is non stopping.

Good To Be Back Home

Nice to leave and recharge, but great to return home and be with your stuff. Steve was putting a sound system in Wayne's RV and Von, Wayne's Friend took us all to lunch, nice no cooking and left overs for supper. My kind of day!!!

This morning I have completed vacumning and quick bathroom tiding-up, new towels etc so I am now offically finished. You might ask so whats up for today, more SEWING of course, left over strips waiting for construction. What a funny idea, sewed for 2 weeks and sewing again. That's Life!

Dixie Doodle is following me all over thinking I am leaving again, it is freezing outside ,I am staying near the wood stove and my honey.

Quilting has been a life saver for many, when lifes heartaches strike you have your quilting sisters there to help you through the hard times and share the joys. Several of our ladies are facing these at the present so remember kindness goes a looooooooooooong way. Love you guys!
