Secrets from Louisiana

So glad you have stopped by for a visit. We have many secrets here in Louisiana. We are a quilters haven because of all the interesting things we have in our environment to see, smell, taste and feel. Our flowers are like perfume in the evening and the colors explode in your eyes. Our seafood is the best in the world and is bountiful from the Gulf.

The palette is non stopping.

One More Day

Monday is getting closer! WHOOHOO I am packed projects are ready and taking up the sofa, who knew getting ready was so much fun. I am going to get the car washed as it is a PIGPEN in and out from the weather and living in the country, no concrete just yard to walk on. OH it is LOUISIANA, rain, heat, mud, bugs, creepie crawlie things, hurricanes and now freezing weather, gotta love it!

FOOTBALL today and tomorrow Barbara, hope you will watching. Gotta beat the Seaharks today and your New Englanders have to win tomorrow. Give out a big shout. GO BOYS!!!!GO BOYS!!!!GO BOYS!!!!!

Dixie is getting company this week, Moe will be here with his daddy Wayne from Kentucky. He like to take Dixie's toys, she waits and went he puts it down she gets it and puts it away, way to funny to watch.

Mike starts school this week at SLU University and Little Hank is looking at apartments near LSU University with his roommates for the fall in Baton Rouge. Can't believe my baby is turning 18 and has a 3.98 in high school. He will be going on an honor program with his tuition paid for by the state of Louisiana.($5000 per year)We will all come up with rest and grants and aid will chip in. Don't fall over but I am thing about going back to the UNiversity because old folks can go for almost nothing. I already have a graduate degree plus but found some courses I would be interested in. Grandma hits the party scene.heheeeeeeee Will keep you posted.

Have a great day!

Hugs Patticake
