Secrets from Louisiana

So glad you have stopped by for a visit. We have many secrets here in Louisiana. We are a quilters haven because of all the interesting things we have in our environment to see, smell, taste and feel. Our flowers are like perfume in the evening and the colors explode in your eyes. Our seafood is the best in the world and is bountiful from the Gulf.

The palette is non stopping.

Finally A Little Rain

Woke up to a heavy but brief rain storm, we ate 4 inches down for the month, this is serious for Louisiana. Rain off and on all day today, doesn't matter, I had an idea for another giftee, so I will be in the cottage all day again. WHOOHOO

The dog is under my feet, she hates stormy weather, big old puss shakes all over, 65 lbs shaking whats upp with that. I am going to buy her one of those coats that is going to make her feel secure. Hope it works.

Yes Barbara, we are thankful to Michael B. for the ticket and the kindness. He and his wief are super folks.

Good morning Bro, hope you are using that new Dyson, rainey days are good for cleaning!

Steph, Kathy,Annie,Robbie,Red etc, remember September12th, I am coming on the big Bird.

More work in the cottage, I folded fabric all day and donated 2 big totes worth for retreat. 3 more shelves to fold then I can cut several more giftees, a girls stash has to look good.

Have a great day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do something kind for someone even if they are strangers.

Hugs Patticake
