Secrets from Louisiana

So glad you have stopped by for a visit. We have many secrets here in Louisiana. We are a quilters haven because of all the interesting things we have in our environment to see, smell, taste and feel. Our flowers are like perfume in the evening and the colors explode in your eyes. Our seafood is the best in the world and is bountiful from the Gulf.

The palette is non stopping.

Easy Day

Nice and easy day, took the dog for a bath at 7:30, washed the 3 beds for Dixie, vacumed the house, went to have hair and nails done at nine, dropped off a list of meds for the doctor I saw yesterday, stopped by and visited a sick friend and sent order for meds to be refilled at Walgreens. Picked up Steve had lunch at Paul's (makes a great grilled chicken) andblew part of the front yard and porch. Now it is time for Rachel Ray and napping.

I plan on making some new covers for the dog beds when I get up off the sofa. Sounds like a plan. Later I am going to grill some chicken breasts and pork chops for the rest of the week. The weather is wonderful and I am sorry Barbara it is 18 degrees , it is tooooooooooo warm at present and will cool down this coming week, so we will suffer through 75 degrees. hahaaaaaaaaa

Hay Bro hope you are having a great day, get out and enjoy some fresh air. It won't kill you, I promise.

Going to get my pillows ready for Rachel Ray.

Hugs Patticake

Almost finished tieing the pineapple quilt!
